The ProLine® 75-Gallon High Recovery Atmospheric Vent Natural Gas Water Heater is designed for reliable performance, reduced NOx emissions and has 80% thermal efficiency. Featuring a 74-gallon (nominal) tank and a 75,100 BTU gas burner, the PCG-75 standard vent delivers a thermal efficiency of 80%, a Uniform Energy Factor of 0.60, and a recovery rate of 81 gallons per hour. It carries a 10-year limited warranty, and meets Low NOx emission requirements. Environmentally-friendly insulation and factory-installed heat trap nipples reduce heat loss for maximum energy savings. This ProLine® water heater is designed with A. O. Smith's superior commercial-grade tank protection. Advanced tank features include stainless steel CoreGard™ anode rod, Blue Diamond® glass lining and DynaClean™ automatic sediment-cleaning system, all designed to help protect the tank from the corrosive effects of water and extend the life of the water heater. AprilAire 700 Series Fan Powered Whole-House Evaporative Humidifier

The AprilAire Model 700 Fan-Powered Evaporative Humidifier operates in conjunction with the heating, ventilating, air conditioning equipment (HVAC) blower. When the AprilAire Humidifier Control calls for humidity and the blower motor is operating, water flows to the distribution tray located at the top of the humidifier. The water is uniformly distributed across the width of the tray and through a scientifically designed system of outlets, it flows by gravity over the Water Panel® evaporator, the heart of the humidifier. Dry, hot air is moved through the moisture-laden Water Panel® evaporator where natural evaporation takes place. The now-humidified air carrying moisture in vapor form (nature’s own way) is circulated throughout the home.

The AprilAire Model 720 Fan-Powered Evaporative Humidifier delivers maximum moisture output with superior water efficiency for ducted HVAC systems. When the humidifier control signals that humidity is low, water and air flow into the HydroCoreTM where natural evaporation occurs. Increased output and water conservation are realized with water recirculation technology. The humidifier fan returns humidified air back to the duct where your HVAC system can distribute humidity throughout the home. The Model 720 utilizes water for both evaporation and the removal of solids left behind during the evaporation process. Installing on softened water is recommended. Water may or may not be noticed in the drain line due to the improved efficiency. Once humidity levels are reached, unused water is sent down the drain to prevent standing water from being retained. It is normal to notice a small surge of water in the drain line for this brief event. This is crucial to help flush away trouble-causing mineral deposits and prolong time between service intervals.
