Important Equipment Warranty and Compliance Information
Modern HVAC equipment-especially high-efficiency systems such as Trane equipment-requires proper installation, matched system components, and ongoing professional maintenance to operate safely and maintain manufacturer warranty eligibility.
All equipment compliance typically necessitates:
- Professional installation by a licensed HVAC provider
- Properly matched system components
- Regular professional maintenance
- Documentation of service and system condition
Most manufacturer warranties primarily cover equipment parts.
Parts are covered under a 10-year limited parts warranty when:
- The equipment is properly installed
- The system components are correctly matched
- The equipment is registered with the manufacturer
- Routine professional maintenance is performed
Failure to maintain the system according to manufacturer recommendations may reduce warranty coverage and can lead to premature equipment failure.
Our maintenance plan helps ensure your system remains compliant with manufacturer requirements while providing documented service history to support warranty claims if needed.
